Hey y’all Happy Monday! & best of all happy veteran’s day to all those who have served! ♥️
I thought a lot about posting this blog regarding mental Health! Many people wonder what is Mental health?
We all struggle with mental health in our own ways how we over come them is what is important. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, & act. Mental health Also helps us determine how we handle stressful moments, relate to others around us and make choices. I believe mental health is extremely important at every stage in a persons life from childhood to adolescence through adult hood.
Today I wanted to take the time to list some powerful mental health habits I utilize in my own life that may help others! no better way to kick off Monday with some powerful habits 😁☀️🌻 #YOUareSTRONG

5 powerful Habits one can change today to become a Stronger YOU.
1. Tell yourself something Positive!

2. Exercise
Our body’s release Stress-relieving & mood boosting endorphins before and after you workout! Go for a walk, run, dance what ever makes you pumped! Don’t forget exercise is one of the most powerful antidotes to stress, anxiety, & depression! I’m a firm believer in going for a walk when upset. Aim for at least a 30 minute workout 🏋️♀️

3. Eat a good Meal
I Don’t know about you but when im hungry I’m extremely grumpy and cannot focus on a single task until I have ate something rich with protein! What we eat nourishes your entire body, including your brain! Load up your body with vegetables and fruits as they are loaded with nutrients that feed every cell of your body! I’m currently intermittent fasting I eat for 8 hours and fast for 16! (this is not for everyone) Do what Works for YOU! But make sure we eat at least ONE full meal! Start with Meal prepping but again most important do what works for YOU!

4. Focus on ONE thing at a time. (In the moment)
Being mindful of our present moment allows us to let go of negative or difficult emotions that may weigh down on us. Bringing awareness to routine activities, can allow one self to start to focus on only one thing at a time. Our minds will wonder if we allow them to just bring it back to what you are doing in the moment!
5. Go to bed on time.
Sleep deprivation has a significant negative effect on ones mood. Try to go to bed at a regular time each day & practice new sleep routines. Going to bed on time is still one of my biggest challenges i can’t seem to turn off my brain 🧠 some changes I’ve made that have helped have been avoiding caffeinated drinks in the evening, using my bed only for sleep not my blogging empire! (Guilty as charged)
& I have really tried to shut down ALL electronics before getting into bed.
Start Today always remember YOU have the power to take ALL positive steps to improve your mental health! You can implement all these habits when you need them most!
I hope anyone who reads my post enjoys their Monday to the fullest & don’t forget subscribe for Email updates to my next post for future updates! xx❤️📍
