Happy Tuesday, oh how this is one of my favorite days of the week & no not because of Tacos haha well... not all the time at least!

This week hasn’t been easy I thought I’d share some positive affirmations& quotes for today. December is a time for the Holiday cheer & although times may seem to get rough surround yourself with positive energy. I always say to myself “with each day their is new beginnings do not allow past failures define present achievements” Don't get carried away with the stuff happening in your life or believe in instant gratification and sell yourself short, look for suitable ways to engage with what happens in your life.

2019 has been quite a roller coaster for me this year! I have been on a journey to find value in what I love most in my life. But along the way I also have found meaning and importance by adding value to other people's lives.

That they matter & bad days exist! It’s ok 👍 We can't stop bad things from happening, but we can stop our relentless focus on how things were or how we want them to be, and develop a deeper appreciation for what we have now.

Never lost sight of what matters most in life!
