Monday's give you a chance to set a new tone for the week. A fresh start, it's a great day to be alive and soak in the fresh air and clean your mind of any negativity. Say to yourself Sunday is the Ending followed by a new Beginning. Set goals for the week visualize the weeks success. It's never to late to start again! Say to yourself if not YOU, Who? Be the change you want to see in others! Take the time to think about what you truly want in life & go for it. Only have positive people in your life who you truly Love & want to see grow with you. I always say why wait for a fairytale when you can make one happen in your own life! Everyday you grow stronger know that in the end it's all worth it!
