October 6th through the 8th! Was an overall amazing weekend! With great memory's to keep for a lifetime and great friends good music and no better than Gator Football! My partner Alexander & I choose the best weekend to go to his college town of Gainesville Florida! Home coming week Gators vs LSU! A weekend full of events and smiles! Such a lively town, we come up once a year and I fall more in love with Gainesville every time we go up! We are fortunate to have such an awesome friends who like Alex are also Alumni's at the University of Florida! Kelly & Mike who fell in love with Gainesville and decided to call it their Home! When we come up we stay at their cozy home & have a great weekend! October 6th we arrived in the Swamp at about 2 pm! We headed straight to Oaks mall and got us some new Gator Gear before kicking off the weekend in Gator Nation! Afterwards, we met Mike at his home and decided to all get ready & go to dinner! Kelly had recommended a Gainesville classic called One Love Cafe! The atmosphere was beautiful such a cute way to spend Friday night with a live band family friendly location with great food! They even added a touch of Fall favorites like Pumpkin pasta & Pumpkin beer! Which was very tasty If I may add. October 7th was officially GAME DAY GATORS vs LSU! I love waking up Saturday mornings to get to our tailgate spot set up and enjoy the whole day! It was an extremely hot Saturday in Gainsville but no amount of heat was going to turn down the amount of excitement that was flowing through the entire town! We even all got on Live Television (SEC NATION) #DOITFORPLATE our 5 seconds of fame! I was so thrilled we were fortunate enough to get once in a lifetime experience of Gator Box Seats! I was so happy to be able to experience this with Alexander him being an Alumni it was so amazing to see the smile on his face! Truly a memory I will never forget. We learned that the Gators inspire all good for each game day based on the Opponents state! Being that Gators we're playing against LSU the food was Louisiana inspired! Overall was such an amazing game to attend there even was A Petty classic comes to the Swamp, where it might become a new tradition. The city’s Florida Gators honored Petty at their game Saturday against LSU.Ā

October 8th was our departure! Sad day I always hate leaving after having so much fun but we did get to enjoy a nice one on one time at brunch with our friends Mike and Kelly. Their the type of friends you wish you had 24/7! So we truly enjoy when we come up and visit. Our brunch spot was calledĀ CivilizationĀ truly a hidden Gem you can only pay cash but don't worry they have an ATM. Such an amazing environmentĀ Ā felt very relaxing! Wide selection on their menu everything from localĀ gainsville markets/growersĀ as well.
